"We love the convenience of this hotel and have stayed here for years. They seem to have done some updates since we visited before Covid in 2019. Unfortunately, this most recent trip we had a bit of a situation with the front desk charging my room for a vending item. When I went to ask and said that I did not charge that, she said my companion did. I knew that was not true but he was able to join the conversation and stated that for himself. "Room was clean and plenty of towels and amenities. Front desk people were friendly but not helpful. There was no elevator to 2nd floor, so only bring what you can carry up many steps. During my stay there were lots of dogs barking in the rooms, not what you want hear at all times. Overall it was ok"
