"Keys were left outside the office in a mailbox. Very quaint little motel. The room was small but clean. We walked to downtown (.6miles) and walked around and had dinner. Nighttime was quiet. Just a one night stay 👍"

"This is such a great place. Rooms were very nicely done , comfortable king size bed, amazing shower . Very quiet . Walking distance to several dining options. Common area with fire pit and comfortable chairs. Check in was the easiest I have ever experienced. Great sitting area in the lobby area with gas fire place and a covered front porch with a few rocking chairs. A few cottages on site as well. Staff were so accommodating and very friendly. We will stay here again "

"The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!"
