"This is the 4th time I have stayed at Hotel Duomo. It is in an excellent position right on the edge of the lake. It is a small hotel which suits me and it is only 5 minutes walk from the cafe bars, restaurants & shops. The ferry is only a couple of minutes walk away too. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean with friendly staff who always take the time to speak to you & say good morning in Italian. We opt for a room at the back of the hotel but it is spacious enough for our needs."

"My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus.
