"I was pleasantly surprised by value for money. Unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Great space and updated nicely. Hotel was great location with great amenities. Coffee shop downstairs had great service and yummy coffee too! Would recommend and stay again next time I’m in Brisbane. Only negative was parking was full so I had to park across the street. Cheaper parking across the street so might have been a bonus but raining."

"Beautiful apartments, great balconies, stayed in a level 9, 3 bed and each room had a balcony plus big living room had big balcony. 2 bedroom on level 7 was amazing for bbq and drinks on balcony if you had friends staying oj the trip or as a family or couple. group of friends as it had an enormous balcony across front and wrapping around side with decent city and river views, second one on level 3 had pretty big balcony and again had private Nice open plan designs, and building is quiet. "Loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. Very convenient for getting into the city without being right in the middle of everything. Had trouble working the Chromecast (everyone staying tried to get it to work with no avail) and no parking on premises. However there is plenty of parking areas around the apartments. Definitely would stay again "

"Checking in on Friday night took 25 minutes at 730pm , not enough staff on the desk. And a huge crew from QATAR just arrived. Half of the prep for check in could have been done before we got there. We did appreciate the upgraded room, the reason for it I'm unsure. Also the toiletries in the bathroom, those pump packs are sooo hard to squeeze to get the fluid out, don't know how the elderly cope!! overall, very good value for the money for the 2 of us, thankyou"

"The place was a gem. Its close enough to the city yet you are not having to experience the congestion there. We were able to use the rooftop bar and watch the sunset. All staff were absolutely friendly. I had a parcel delivered there and they placed in my room. They use AI technology to answer most questions online. One small omission was no handtowels in bathroom- but no big deal. We had a 7 hour delay in our flight so could not experience too much of Brisbane, so we plan to come back so will definitely book here again."

"This property is unique to an ongoing seminar, which I attend a couple of times a year, it offers food/restaurant within, coffee and beverages, buffet breakfast, has been a fantastic meeting place for family. It's very close to the river and botanical park, which I thoroughly enjoy visiting when I come across from Victoria. It's very comfortable. The facilities are clean. And the swimming pool is very enjoyable. I highly recommend it."
