Our pickup truck was broken into, I didn’t read the reviews before booking apparently it happens regularly. DO NOT TRUST this property as it seemed safe to us with the extra cameras in the parking lot. If this happens regularly you would think they would hire a security guard to patrol the parking, at the least through out the night. The room vents had mold and dirt all around them. Never again will I stay at this property.

The hotel overall seemed in dire need of repair. Broken tiles on restroom floor. Carpet in halls extremely stained. Remote for TV not functioning well. Tissue box looked old. No hand soap... front staff was accommodating for condition of hotel. Hotel building needs some maintenance and attention.

Communication needs to be better and specific. At check in I was told the time of breakfast. The next morning my family and I went down for breakfast only to be embarrassed by asking for our voucher, then verifying if our stay came with breakfast, we already had our plates served with food to be told sorry your room doesn’t come with breakfast. I was not told at check in that if we wanted breakfast we had to pay for it. Every hotel I’ve stayed at when they say the breakfast time it means it’s included. It was embarrassing walking out of there with my family.
