The room key kept de-magnetizing and my first night I got in super late and the front desk attendant was in a back room. I was terrified traveling alone and unfortunately this left me feeling really vulnerable. Apparently, you just need to knock on the door of the front desk after 11pm but who makes a commotion at 11pm because they can't get into their own room?

price was right, but room was generally dirty, walls, doors, light switches. Bottom bed sheet was not fitted and easily pulled up from edges, exposing a aged and dirty looking mattress. property was noisy being so close to busy road and train track. Staff was nice, welcoming, and accommodating.

This was a last minute reservation with a great rate. The room was clean but one of the sockets was broken. The only issue were the parking spaces. They were quite small (and we have a compact car)

What I liked was that Deeply respect the front desk person, Jean. I spoke with him on multiple occasions and he went above and beyond to get the room ready and inspected for best customer experience. I kept returning to LiA for so many days in a row and it is mainly because of his pleasant intereactions and him listening to every thing I was sharing. What I did not like was that the tiles in certain rooms were lifting up for whatever reason. On one occasion the room was smelling funky as if someone smoked inside.
