"This was the perfect location for our stay, very close to everything. The full apartment allowed us flexibility to cook ourselves or each out. The apartment was large and spacious but did need a little upgrading. In fact, that's what they are doing and it should be completed by end of March 2025 so it will be amazing once done. The hosts were super kind and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for lovely stay, we will be back soon!"

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"Very clean hotel, basic rooms but also clean and looked after. Dining room choices for breakfast was very poor, suggest you go out to eat, only had long life full cream milk so didn't even have a cup of tea."

"Awful apartments, avoid them. Very Dirty, location in the middle of no where. No kettle or toaster bare minimum plates, cutlery. When we arrived the bins were full of rubbish from previous renters. We had to ask reception to come empty them. "

"The apartment on the 5th floor would be large enough for a family of six. There is so much room with three bedrooms two with their own washrooms. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Close to all the sites in Old town as well as bars and restaurants but the location on Navàs means it’s quiet. Very accommodating team that looks after your every need. "

"My family and I were enchanted by the charm of this beautifully 17th century palace restored hotel in Alicante's old town. We enjoyed easy access to local amenities, restaurants, and bars. Just across the street, we discovered the Nativity Scene Museum, showcasing a captivating collection of Christmas dioramas crafted by talented artists from the Alicante Nativity Scene Association. To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay even more memorable."

"Nice clean and well presented. Staff are super attentive nothing is too much. Beach is really close and there is shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was my lads birthday and they left a lovely present in the room when we got back in the evening. The staff all speak English. I would stay here again. "
