"No tienen personal, el señor encargado de la recepción , e el mesero y el que arregla desperfectos. No hay coordinación apropiada con el transporte a pesar que tiene un costo extra. No lo esperan para recibirlo, estuvimos en la recepción por más de 30 mins sin que nadie nos diera un recibimiento. No sabían que habitación nos correspondía, no habían insumos de limpieza en el baño, el restaurante no abre temprano en la mañana."
