"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price."

"The bed was very comfy. The pool area was 6 shower needed updating. There were gaps in the door. I could see the sun shining through 3 sides. It made it seem like it wasn't very secure."

"We are repeat visitors. Nick, the owner is so helpful and attentive. The rooms are very clean and seem recently renovated. Rooms are spacious. Lots of counter space in bathroom which we really appreciate. Good water pressure, A.C. and heat. The free parking on premises is very helpful. This is the best of the motor inn type of lodging. Great coffee 2 doors away (none in room). Easy to walk to restaurants and Convention Center. Excellent value."
