Breakfast and a full menu to choose from all day, food was excellent and portions are plentiful. The security using the room key is an added layer to add to the visit in using the elevators.

The hotel is relatively easy to access. It has all the standard amenities as described on their site. Service staff did a phenomenal job all around. This hotel needs to fix/replace the keycard readers in the elevators. Across the 4 nights I was there, I spent at least 45 minutes trying to get the card reader to work. Many other guests were having this issue as well. At one point we all stared at each other and chuckled. It felt like we were playing a carnival game trying to swipe the card just right. I hate that this is the lasting memory I’ll have of this Wyndham because everything else about the experience was perfect.

The staff are so nice. They treated me with kindness. Helped me with getting around. I really love the hotel location. They even brought me a bottle of wine. The fresh fruit for breakfast are delicious. The hotel is very clean. I wish the hot water for shower are hotter. I wish the jacuzzi water was hot. I enjoyed my stay.

I have been to this hotel 3 times. The first two times were great, but I was disappointed this time. The carpeting was filthy, the shower made a terrible noise and it was looking run down. But the bed was very comfortable so that's a plus.

2 guests manipulated de pool area lights and music for about 25 minutes. We called the front desk and It took a little long before the security staff arrived at the area and controlled everything. It felt a little insecure at the moment. Seens to me that a public area like that should be a little more supervised to prevent these activities. It almost felt like a private party at the pool area.

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Only problem is they did not provide any of the VIP access I'm entitled to receive as an Expedia Gold member. My 4th stay. Never disappointed
The hotel was packed due to a wedding but we had no issues. Free breakfast was outstanding, dinner was fine and very reasonably priced. Great indoor pool and hot tub and perfect location.
