Safe hotel with great parking and an EXCELLENT breakfast. Easy access to the main loop around San José. Not walkable, must have transportation or call UBER. Super friendly staff.

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Only problem is they did not provide any of the VIP access I'm entitled to receive as an Expedia Gold member. I even asked for them and they replied saying early check-in was available for a charge. About room upgrade, they decided not to answer about it.

Llegamos y la habitación no tenia Refri, el televisor no funcionaba, las llaves se desconfiaran solas las tuve que pedir nuevas en 3 ocaciones, la comida muy mala calidad la pizza es como esas congeladas, es hotel muy descuidado no le dan buen mantenimiento, mejor buscar otra opción
