"I just stay one night for my daughter's prom. I think it was too expensive for almost less than 24 hrs. Also i booked a balcony bay view room, and i got a balcony with pool view and just a 1/4 of view to the bay. Is a nice place, but charges includes pool which I was able to use for less than 3 hrs and other facilities that I was not planning to use. Maybe providing some different offers for people that will use limited areas wil be nice and then we can afford more nights just for what we need."

"Asked for a microwave multiple nights in a row & got the run around every time, never received it. There should be microwaves available to every guest upon request. Other than that hotel was great."
