"We stayed in the Apartments, not the villas. The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. It is all tile and marble/granite, which would probably make it lovely and cool in the summer, The furniture was not very nice but okay"

"El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. El tipo nos dijo que él tenía una vida y no era el dueño para esperarse a atendernos. Ojalá que la empresa tome en serio...
