"I’ll start with the best part about this apartment…the customer service is fantastic! The apartment is owned by the hotel so it truly has the nicest people. They truly want to help and make your stay feel special. I would have given it a 5 star if the beds were not so hard and if the dryer worked. It truly feels like a boxspring with a thin layer on top.
