I had to switch rooms when I check in because the bed sheets were dirty on both beds yellow stains and black stains all over. My second room smelled straight up like weed when I walk in we were too tired to switch rooms so we end up just stayin left the door open to air it out. Help a bit. Now it’s 2am in the morning and the next door neighbors decided to have party and blast music and have 4 guys over to smoke crack. I came with my kids to have a relaxing day and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Very disappointed with this location. Would have had the same experience just staying at motel for cheaper price.

Our room stunk so bad! It had mold growing in the bathroom around the shower area. The beds were unclean and it smelled so bad we left and got a new hotel because it felt so gross. We are not high maintenance people either, but this was bad enough we left.

Room was great, pillows not so much, pool was nice and actually had towels, and breakfast was good. Bad stuff: tv was not great had to troubleshoot on my own because no one would answer the front desk phone (i talked to several other guests and they had the same problem, but at least i was able to help them too!) Also front desk was not the best actually i felt kind of rude. I worked at a different la quinta for 7 years and i was actually surprised in the lack of hospitality my family and i had gotten. I stayed at a really bad hotel right before this and most of their staff at least was welcoming and friendly. Our group was also not the only one to say this, like i said i talked to several people while enjoying the pool area and they brought it up first. Morning shift was better but the mid shift and audit shift perhaps need a reminder they are in the hospitality business.

Hotel clearly doesn't have enough staff. Breakfast staff was overwhelmed. Only newspaper available in the lobby was from Falun Gong, a Chinese religious cult. Hotel claims to be a "non smoking" hotel but room had stained sheets & cigarette burns on the rug. Loud people were smoking pot and yelling at the hottub at 10PM at night. This lasted for a good 40 minutes.

Well… not a five stars hotel; but, if you’re looking for a no thrill/frill with easy parking and access to the freeway and some breakfast to fill you up before you head out, this is the one. All the hotel guests are quite respectful, with no loud noise in the late nights. Rooms are spacious (I booked two rooms) and amber amenities.

I love staying here. This was our second time. Symtaff is extremely polite and helpful. Something happened with our reservation and we were still able to get a room and check in early. Rooms are nice and clean. Love the pool area!

First time booking a room with this hotel and had really bad experience the first day I got there they gave me the key to my room. Me and my family went to the room and found stains on the bed sheets and really dirty room. Took pictures and videos talk to the person in front and they offer me another room. I also talk to Expedia. They couldn’t do nothing about it, we decided on staying on the new room, it was cleaner. Stayed there four days on my second day the water was gone. We didn’t have water for two hours so I had to delete all my plans. And last, but least in my third day, me and my family were sleeping and they had given a key to another family that just had arrived and luckily, I had the top lock on, but they open the door halfway. Talked to the people on the front and they said they would check it out but never got back to me.

In the case of this hotel you definitely get what you pay for! Beware of your surrounding lots of unsavoury characters either milling about or living at the hotel. Yes, it appears people live at this hotel. The free breakfast is unappetizing and lots of hands touching everything, the staff does do a good job of constantly cleaning and restocking the breakfast space. The bed was comfortable however the room says it would sleep five not sure how 2 queen beds would sleep 2 adults and 3 large teens. The location is convenient with regards to freeway access and there is Walmart about 5 miles away which is very convenient. The wifi sucked and the TV barely worked, Wi-Fi kept going out, sound only worked ever 3rd word and TV guide didn't work. If you can afford a better location I would say book somewhere else.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and I hate to say it, but this place is going downhill without brakes. Out of the three stages twice I’ve had to be moved to different rooms after checking in because of mechanical issues. Things like heater not working in winter, AC bot working in summer, two TVs in the room but neither works. And to top it off, no one answers the phone at the front desk. I think this will be last stay here. I sure hope breakfast is good.
