We heard footsteps from guests in the room above us. There wasn’t a microwave oven. The property grounds are relaxing with mature trees. Overall the stay was okay and the price was reasonable

The property was nice, comfortable and seemed safe though we only stayed a short time so I can't really say. It was relatively quiet, we had a room on the street side and you can hear some noise but it wasn't bothersome. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful we did encounter an unhelpful waiter in the restaurant but that can happen anywhere. The room was clean but the tub/shower not as clean as I would have liked. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again.

A great experience. Very comfortable room. The view from my room was amazing! The tropical gardens were lush with a fantastic Happy Hour. The restaurant prices were too high and the room frig was broke, but everything else was A , so I will stay here again in future visits to Santa Barbara.

Just OK. Could be much better for the price we paid. TV was awful. No live TV at all! Pluto TV instead, which sucked. Very very old programming. Restaurant was OK, but very dark. Grounds were fine. Condition of the room had obvious wear. Needed plaster repair in the toilet area. Not terrible, but will not stay there again.

The hallway light shined into the bedroom through the bathroom window all night, keeping me awake. When I asked the front desk the next morning if something could be done about it, I was told "No, you're only here for two days." We had noisy neighbors who talked and laughed loudly on the patio next to ours at 5a.m. each morning. I told the front desk about the extensive mold in the shower and was told, "It's because you got a standard room."

We thought the Lemon tree was a wonderful place. The only negative is that breakfast wasn’t included. Also, we wanted to stay the next weekend as well and the price was almost triple, so had to find other options.
