I did not like the fact that the room next to me had a balcony, which allowed them to see directly into my room. Forced me to have to keep window and curtain closed. Also added noise as they were inches away from window. Room itself was 'ok', however, there appeared to be water damage in the past and they tried to cover it up with paint, but the door and the door trim were clearly swelled. Parking was not great, nor was it easy to navigate property. for example, my room was on the 6th floor, but there was not easy access to the main lobby. Elevator and stairs by room only went down to 4th floor. Staff that i interacted with were pleasant and friendly and overall appearance of property was nice.

According to the Hilton service info on a qr code in the room, they offer automatic housekeeping service. That isn't the case. Had to call the desk the second day after we came back to our room to get some clean towels and more coffee supplies for the room. After that we just gave up and made sure to hang the towels up to reuse the next two days. Hilton used to stand for good service but that isn't the case any longer.

Good room. In a nice area. It surprised us when we arrived that parking was $10/day plus a $1 processing fee that had to be paid online. There was a 25 minute wait for breakfast @ 9:30 am.

The property is in a great location and has the potential to be a nice place to stay. Unfortunately it was not clean. The carpets throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed and our room had used disposable cups….ewww!

For the price it was not worth it. They nickle and dime you. You pay extra for breakfast. There is no coffee or tea offered at reception, and they charge for parking each night. And the jacuzzi was not clean. It smelled.

This is the worst Hilton I ever stayed in. Brought mom for her birthday. The room smelled horrible, she couldn’t even breathe there. Customer service said they were booked out and offered a room with one bed (instead of 2 as we paid) that was also smelling bad. Waiting for a roll-in bed. Carpets in the hallways are dirty and all in crumbs and popcorn. I don’t like leaving bad rating but this one is very bad.

I was excited to stay at this Hilton,but soon changed my mind. First I was told upon I arrival I needed to pay $100 security deposit that would be refunded in 5-7 days if room left ok. Then you were suppose to use this Qcode for $10 per night parking! My room cost was already over $300…. Talk about gouging people. I had specifically requested 1st floor handicap accessible for my husband. We get settled in room, my husband comes out of bathroom and says, “ didn’t you say accessible?” You guessed it, full bathtub he had to step over to get a shower. My phone died before I could do the parking code so person at desk put it on my account! Why not do that in the first place. I had to park a row down below the entrance, and rather than supply walkways up back to door, you had to walk all the way around parking lotto door. This is extremely unsafe especially for women at night! Poorly planned hotel especially for a Hilton. Won’t stay or recommend this one.
