"Me and my Girlfriend had a wonderful time at the Best Western Plus Capitola By-the-Sea Inn & Suites. We had a late check in but the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The breakfast was the bomb with a huge selection of juices, yogurts, ect. We unfortunately did not visit the pool or jacuzzi but will do so if we come back!"

"Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. There was easy access to both sides of street, one of which had a coffee and breakfast food place not even 1 minute away from inn. Grounds and layout were very nice. Walk in shower was very nice. Will be back to this property again in the future."

"Very nice but the facility is old. The cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and slow draining sink are examples of an older facility that is in need of some improvement. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and I will continue to stay at this facility the next time I am in town."
