"Clean and quiet"

"Our stay at the Courtyard was nice. We were on the 2nd floor at the front of the building so a but of noise in the evening. The breakfast and breakfast staff were good. I might suggest adding pancakes and a side of toast to menu. The evening menu was ok. Need some revamping of the dining area. The yellow sling back chairs were hard to move on carpet and some of the banquets were at an odd angle to the table. Overall, the lobby and dining area need warming up- try rail related decor or peanuts...

"Upgraded rooms are very nice our second night stay with the king bed was very comfortable the first night nice but not as comfortable bed and we have stayed here in the past and were pleasantly surprised at the upgrades. "

"We stayed one night, and it was wonderful. The associate checking us in was very friendly and helpful, and asked if we prefered a ground level or upstairs room, and gave me no problems when i came back a couple hours later after locking myself out. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved our little bistro set on the patio. Only thing we didnt love was the breakfast, the "hot items" were all cold, and the pancakes were undercooked.
