Worst place to stay. They didn’t have our reservation. Also when you open the place it smell like something dead. There was this huge dog leaving there and hair and the smell of his saliva everywhere. Please do not stay there! We didn’t because of all that Not clean at all or good customer service

Pésima experiencia
Pésima experiencia, habíamos reservado y pagado con anticipación nuestro alojamiento en casa de Yamila, llegamos a las 3 a.m con lluvia y nos dice que tiene un problema con otro huésped y que no podremos ocupar la habitación. Lo peor es que habíamos hablado con ella en la tarde para confirmar la reserva y no nos comento nada del asunto, por lo que tuvimos que salir a las 3 de la mañana con lluvia a buscar un hostal que nos pudiera recibir. Su solución era llevarnos a otro hospedaje, más no aceptamos porque la idea de reservar por hoteles.Com era justamente ver la calidad del lugar antes de llegar, y nunca pensamos que nos íbamos a encontrar con que nuestra pieza estaba ocupada! No la recomiendo para nada, ya que nos pasó en otros lugares el asunto de la doble reservacion pero nos avisaron con tiempo para que pudiésemos elegir, y pudimos solucionarlo de manera expedita.

- very friendly host - location is quite good - tasty fruit juice everyday - host speaks Spanish, but no English - 水壓好低 , 要用樽裝完淋身先沖到涼洗到頭 - 有風筒, 不過風力不太高 總結係服務好, 但設施要改善
