"O atendimento é espetacular, desde as meninas que auxiliam nos quartos, ate a recepção. O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "

"No geral a estadia foi boa. Tivemos problemas com a internet do hotel q é muito ruim, e tbém com alguns utensílios de cozinha que estavam muito sujos!!! O atendimento porém foi muito bom, tanto do pessoal da recepção, quanto do pessoal da limpeza do quarto! Foram muito solícitos e nos auxiliaram sempre que necessário! "

Perfeição!

"Estadia perfeita. Localização privilegiada. Staff com um trabalho atencioso, rápido e alegre. Quarto amplo, silencioso e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, já na chegada recepcionados por um funcionário que esbanjava simpatia!!!! Pena não ter tido tempo de usufruir da piscina que fica no último andar e tem uma vista espetacular de Floripa. Voltaremos com certeza!!!"
