"Massive hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately it is not connected to outside world with public transportation . The hotel has no concierge to help out . However we were lucky with an employee Yekit who went out of his way to get us booking for transportation to Istanbul airport. We will redo it only if we rent a car at the same time. "

"We didn’t enjoy our stay here at all. It was more like a cabin in the woods rather than a hotel cabin. The bathroom was mouldy and the bed sheets were too small for the bed. The curtains were also too small for the windows and let the light in from the sides. Overall the upkeep was very poor ☹️. Not worth the money we paid. "

"When checking in we faced an issue with the receptionist for an error in the number of occupants which was of no fault from us. After a while the manager cane and sorted everything out and apologized for the mistake. The receptionist was rude and was not happy even after the manager sorted the issue. She made the process very hard for us to checkin and said that if we don’t like it we can leave. She was rude and unhelpful. "
