"Saint-Lary is a wonderful location, a lively vibrant town set in the picturesque Pyrenees mountains. Truly stunning! The residence is dated slightly and so could benefit from a bit of a refresh, and the staff were a little "cold" in terms of service but professional and helpful enough; although the reception hours were limited."

Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....
