"Great place all around. Rooms are bigger than those we've found in other high end Japan hotels. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, breakfast buffet is excellent. Amazing number of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the massive number of people coming through Nagoya station overwhelm the restaurants, with 30 or more people lining up outside all the places you'd like to go -- although the many less popular restaurants are not bad."
