"I was not used to the self check in, in the United States every motel/hotel I ever stayed in had a person at the reception desk. I was confused about the process and it was very difficult to find a person to help me, especially after being tired from a long flight journey."

"We enjoyed staying at Revo for our quick visit to Munich. We were not able to enter our room right away as we arrived in the morning but were able to store our luggage in a room that was not locked but luckily nothing was stolen. We did not have AC in the room which was a struggle, although the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay here again."
