"First time staying here, was very good. Maybe just luck but our room was close to check in/ check out. Was two weeks out of ankle surgery so was glad i didn't have to walk far to a room."

"Our stay was great. Hotel is nice, close to where we wanted to be. Quiet room and we were even right next to the pool entrance. Breakfast was good with something for everyone. Staff was friendly. We had trouble with our air conditioning in our first room took us several calls and were told each time someone would be up to take a look. No one ever showed up had to make another call (10pm) and we were told it would be the next day before maintenance would be back - we were pretty upset and they offered no help. I had to call back down and ask for another room and they did get us another room. Could've been solved several hours earlier instead of us sitting in our room sweating and miserably waiting for someone to show up. It shouldn't take 2-3 hours for a response for that type of issue. The pictures on here are not the photos of the king suite if you do book that room. The photos on here are of the Presidential Suite. Thats what we thought we were booking and we were disappointed with what we ended up with. Still a nice room, but not what we were expecting. The only downside to the King Suite is there is no fan or air in the bedroom part. So you have rely on the air from the living room. "

"Nice, clean, spacious. Comfortable beds. There were only two towels in the bathroom. Asked for a few in the front desk. We were given pool towels. I would definitely stay here again. AC was set at 80 degrees. I think 78 would have been more comfortable. Once it was adjusted, room was a whole lot colder."
