"What a fabulous find! We decided on a last minute overnight and luckily found this great place. Really friendly welcome - the owners both work in the business - Pete front of house and Elliot is the chef responsible for the excellent food. We were in room 3, which was very spacious, with a settee at the foot of the very comfortable bed. "The hotel did not inform us that it was under complete reconstruction and offered us an alternative that was out of the local area we expected and gave us less tha than 24 hour notice when everything in the area was booked up due to a major sporting event. Very shadey way to operate. "
