I liked the ample parking. I did not like that I could not have guests visit me. There were plenty of outlets. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee pot but no coffee. The water from the shower was not hot enough.

Staff and room was ok ,only problem is the heater wasn’t working and nobody was able to help us fix it or change rooms because they were all booked up, we slept in a 66 degree room , not ok …. Right below us was a bunch of homeless guys smoking and being loud.

We had stayed here one other time maybe 2 to 3 yrs ago and it was a good experience. So we decided to stay again....and this time not so much. We stayed one night. We woke up almost every hr or 2 due to the uncomfortable bed....worst sleep we have had at a hotel in a long time. It is also in need of some maintenance. There was some damaged walls.....flooring needed some work and the shower curtain rod was really loose and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. They also dont supply shampoo or conditioner. The staff were fantastic tho!! Had us checked in very quickly...and also let us know that wifi on bottom floor rooms isn't very good....and in room #64 .....we actually had no wifi at all...which was fine cause we just used our data instead.

They have a infestation of cockroaches. I had woke up at 1am to go pee, as I turned the light there was atleast 500 running in all directions. I yelled for my husband called the front desk the lady was nice obviously had to move rooms all the way on the opposite side. Mind u I have a new born and a ,5 yearm old so it takes us 2 hrs to move we wake up to the office telling us we was to loud, I end up calling anyways to get refunded and wanted to leave a day early the manager travis was completely disrespectful assumed I was lien when I have video of them hiding inbetween the fridge and counter. They refused my refund and denied it. The same night some man was in the room. This is disgusting and I still want my refund. The door to the new room didn't lock and every key works 1 time I had stepped out from and left baby's sleeping just to hear crgs and not be able to get kn. The lock all of it they didn't clean and should be fired

Very much worth the price. The room appears well set up for an extended stay although I was only there for one night. They do charge for Internet, which I don’t like and might not stay there again. The daily rate for Internet is four dollars and there’s also a monthly rate.
