"SereS Springs was amazing! We throughly enjoyed our time here and loved every part of our experience. The food was excellent, staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and luxurious. This hotel is situated away from Ubud’s busy central scene which was much appreciated by my husband and I. It gave us time to relax, and to really enjoy the Balinese hospitality. There are not many local shops so when you do end up in the centre, do collect what you need! My only criticism of this hotel is that there is a local taxi mafia which prevents you from ordering pick-up from the hotel. Drop-off is fine. It’s best to either walk further up, hire a private driver or use the local taxi rank which is not much more expensive than online apps. "

"Amazing hotel, stunning location but the staff made our 5 night stay so enjoyable. They cannot do enough for you, they always have a smile on their faces. The front of house team were amazing, helping us with excursions and trips with their local knowledge. Can recommend all the trips we made, Cretiya, Fire Dance, Sunrise tour, Jewellery making, Coffee plantation, for us the highlight was Purification Temple trip so profound, Suli made the experience so special. Food excellent, rooms clean, tidy and spacious, the Spa facilities and staff were so happy in their work its very infectious. 5 stars is not enough for this hotel "

"This is our 6th stay with you. On checkin they said we had an upgrade, but it was the same type of room we normally get. I did not like being on 1st floor near dining room this trip. Too noisy early. Our room cleaner Wida was fabulous. We were in Room 8170. He Made me a towel animal each day and was so lovely. He is a credit to your company. A hard worker and courteous and politeand always happy. As always breakfast is awesome as is the pool area. Easy to get a lounge this year too. We will stay again "

"The property was in an amazing setting with wonderful jungle views and beautiful gardens surrounding the villas. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was good once I realised that you didn’t have to stick to the choices given on the menu and could order what omelet you wanted. Afternoon tea was disappointing as it consisted of 3 small cakes but they were nice. No sandwiches. It was 25/30 minutes from Ubud but there was a free shuttle or a taxi was 5 euros. A very nice place to relax!"
