As I said, all of the staff were amazing & nothing was too much. They all went out of their way daily, to ensure that we had an amazing stay, at the resort. Særligt service niveauet hos medarbejderne er helt ekstremt højt og tilpasset perfekt…MEN…når man gerne vil være hotel med 5 stjerner og tage en høj pris, så skal incheck ikke tage så frygtelig lang tid, ligesom el-kedel skal virke, toilettet skal ikke løbe fordi knapperne sidder fast og småting som beholderne med shampoo/body-lotion skal være fyldt. Ved godt det er småting, men det er for dyrt til at sådanne ting ikke er i orden. Men...

"Very safe, clean and convenient. The public transport was free when staying on Sentosa Island and was very easy to use and get around. We had children with us and there was plenty for us to do each day."
