"This is very cute and tranquil holiday spot. We had a great time enjoying the pool, taking trails. The room was spacious, clean and nice with a gorgeous view. I can see how some facilities could be updated, but it didn’t affected our stay, we loved the place."

"It was a cute little apartment. Type unit was a huge balcony overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Had a very well kept kitchenette, a little living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was well decorated and a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely return"

Es wird auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und diese möglich gemacht. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. "The hotel it's reasonable priced. However on the bedroom we stayed I think was 7 the sink had a big crack. The shower door was unhinged and seem quite dangerous. The reason I would give a 3* was due a fridge as been diabetic was a bonus and also customer service otherwise would be a 2*. Pool and generic communal areas were dirty. Air con pipe drips water to the glass in front which looks quite bad. Yes it's April but the weather was 30degrees plus so should be clean. Breakfast no hot food even...

"Right from the start we were greeted with a smile, the front desk reception went above and beyond to answer all of our questions as it was our first day in Portugal. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. When we return to Tomar this will be the hotel we return to. Thank you staff! "

"We booked two rooms overlooking the square. Each room was clean and very comfortable. The only odd thing is the glass wall to the bathroom. We are not used to this type of openess. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely a thing to think about if sharing a room with someone your not married to. Could get weird quick. The hotel was centrally located as well and close to the knights Templar castle. Overall, it was a great stay"
