"We stayed in the Riverview Suite, and it was amazing. The room was well-apportioned and very comfortable, including plush beds (a rarity in China). The view did not disappoint! They then told me the "back stage" staff who is in charge of online bookings is on a holiday due to the 1st May Golden Week in China. They took multiple shots of my booking details off my phone, and made us wait for around 25 minutes for the rooms. "Clean and ok"

"We booked two twin rooms. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. But the rooms were draughty (and noisy) because the double-glazed windows didn't shut properly. And the carpeted corridors were very dirty."
