"Beautiful hotel and we cannot wait to go back! The 5th time now we’ve stayed here and it’s been amazing every time, location is great for family days out to Legoland and other theme parks near by which is super convenient. Rooms are all very modern and we even had an upgrade to a Manor House suite on our last stay in November which we were blown away by! Food again is brilliant with something for everyone at breakfast time and evening meals are particularly special when the staff go the extra mile for a birthday or special occasion which is a really nice touch. We’ll be booking again this week and the kids are already excited. Thank you "

"Front desk staff lady that handled my check in was beyond friendly, efficient and profesional. Restaurant has great options. Bar is open until 11 pm. Outside garden area with tables is a major plus and smoking allowed. Hotel is clean and very comfortable lobby/lounge. Hoppa bus runs every 15 min 24/7 which makes the short transport to Gatwick super convenient. "

"Reception staff very efficient at checkin. Pleased to be upgraded without asking and the inclusion of breakfast was very acceptable.First stay at this hotel although we have stayed many times at Sofitel Heathrow Terminal 5. "

"I love this hotel for the convenience of early morning flights. I had an issue with the link access however that is because I am not familiar with how it works. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable and I love the panel to use lights and room temperature. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are always friendly and helpful. "
