"We were late coming in from Beijing and they ran out of the single rooms. They just put use each in a suite without batting an eye lid! Great service; I was impressed that even the restaurant waitresses were attentive to the guest needs even when we weren’t asking. We were having a bit of difficulty with the chopsticks on the lamb ribs and the next moment I know, a pair of fork and knife was place in front of me. Great service!"

The staff are friendly, the location is just perfect – right at the city center near the subway exchange station, 10~15 min to the train station and there is the shuttle bus to the Airport right at the front door. "When arrived at the grand melia, i was told there was no reservation in my name. Wotiffailed to make the booking, probably because although the adress was correct, the name was spelled wrongly, The result was that I had to make a new booking at a higher rate per night The hotel is old and is better suited to Chinese visitors, as very poor western menue that was the same twelve days running. If you dont like cigaret smoke, dont stay here. The hotel had very few facilities thsat you would expect...
