"This was 1 of 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip in Japan. It was definitely the best one. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff was friendly. We had a washer and dryer that actually worked inside our own room! So no sharing/ waiting for other people. There are so many food options around, and Don quijote is right behind the hotel! "We were very happy at this hotel overall. The only thing I think they could have done (while the staff were very polite) was take our bags up to our room, after a long day and having to check in late, we did tell them all of this but they just watched us take all the bags up our selves, and there were so many of them just standing around. We stayed at a two star hotel that managed to do that without us even mentioning it. "
