The staff were nice and attentive. the largest downside, however was the long waits to use the few elevators available in the building, and inability to use the stairs as they are for fire escape only. I see a lot of reviews saying they didnt feel "safe" and there were weird men hanging around... well not in the hotel - but the hotel is on the edge of the red light district - so the men are just doing their business asking other men to enter for their girls. I felt safe and was never approached aggressively. "

"I’ve been to Shinjuku many times but this is the first stay at the Prince. I loved it. There’s so much to do with it short walking distances. Restaurant, bars and shopping are all close by. The rooms are nice and the staff accommodating. I think I’ve found my new go to place in Tokyo. "
