"We stayed for 2 days during our Osaka trip. We were given a room on the 30th floor with fantastic city views. The hotel is generally quite busy, but the space is large so it doesn't feel crowded. Room was spacious and super clean. It also felt new, maybe it was recently renovated. We tried the pool and Jacuzzi which were great. Namba station is chaotic, but if you follow the hotel instructions, you will have no problem. Only improvement area was that we felt more staff is needed in reception as...

"It was in a great spot where you could walk anywhere or catch a cab… now I do have to say I wasn’t too excited about the coffee !!! They had none ( just in the room .most of these hotels have coffee in the lobby I guess the washer a stove top made up for it . Not that I used the stove top but the washer was great "
