"We arrived later evening. It was a shame we had problems because it appeared to be so new, and was inexpensive. Inexpensive because they pay nothing for heat, and pay no maid. Twice I went down and asked for heat. It is cold there at night in October. I was told the owner would be there soon to turn it on.
