"Despite a very rainy stay (which has nothing to do with what the Hostel can influence ;-), we really enjoyed the stay (family with teenagers)! A clean, warm and nice room to stay with clean bed linen and towels, shower and toilet in the room and easy access (indoors) to the guest kitchen (which is actually two huge cooking spaces, very clean, tidy and equipped) with space in the fridge for each guest. "after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying the whole long trip"
