"Missed the name of the man that checked us in, but he was amazingly helpful, and is 100% the reason I gave this hotel 5 stars. The property overall needs updating in a lot of ways, but it was quiet, felt completely safe, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable enough after a long drive from MI and the price was great. Close to Hershey park and Chocolate World and only 2.5 hours away from NYC so a good location and great price. We would stay again! "

"From check in to checkout, everything was perfect. Hotel managers were very pleasant. Hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hershey. We had zero complaints and the small touches like lotion and body wash and things inbetween made our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and yummy. Hands down one of the best stays for us!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the room did NOT smell like smoke which was a nice change fr most mid tier hotels. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were half stuffed but had extra to stack so I managed. It was close to Hershey Park, and breakfast was good, my kids loved the chocolate waffle mix. Shout out to Tammy who constantly was helping everyone with breakfast and restocking for hungry customers. "
