"Lovely hotel. I stay often for work. For some reason it wouldnt alloq me to book breakfast. I wasnt advised when i arrived if it was availbe or not. Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."

"We were told the room type we booked was not available for us upon arrival. Were told they would “upgrade us” but the room we were put in was clearly not an upgrade at all. The room features were very outdated, half the plugs in the room did not work, the tub wouldn’t drain and the AC didn’t work well. "

"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. The gardens are beautiful and the playground was of very high quality and provided great entertainment for the kids (7 & 3). David at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. "To describe the hotel at terminal 5 is ridiculous. It was £30 in a taxi and £20 back the next morning on a shuttle. Would not have booked the venue if I'd known this. The hotel itself, excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and fantastic staff."
