"The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cute, as it is on the pictures from the booking. Very nice location in Vela Luka, lots of restaurants near by. It has a fridge on the common area that everyone can use, this was very nice touch. There is a parking close by. Side note, better to have a small car, the streets are very narrow."

"The photos speak volume. The owner has an attitude that doesn’t sit well with hospitality. To illustrate the kind of personality please refer to the “important house” (see photos) on the wall: full of !!!’s. Up to this moment it still sounds like he’s screaming at the reader: “ all damage will be paid for!!!” So let’s see what kinda damage you could make to this property: The room is covered, wall to wall, by dirty, moldy, recycled carpets, to protect its floor (faux-wood). Even the tv remote...

"we arrived by taxi that could barely get to location, parking lot (dirt) above thru narrow street. couldn't find location. called host, took almost an hour to finally meet, then location wasn't in jesla which was disappointing because location was described differently. further, no AC. further we expressed issues and tried to find reasonable solution but they wouldn't work with us. we didn't receive any reimbursement, we had to leave and find another place. "

"Decent property, lady that manages it is super nice and friendly. However bathroom is freakishly small, and has a window out to the public hallway of the property, and no lock on the door. Didnt feel the safest showering there (as anyone with access to the hostel can look directly at you while naked or open the door). Very walkable and nice location, near numerous shops, restaurants and little markets. Would i stay here again? No. But if youre looking for a cheap place to stay, it does the job."

Peaceful retreat and lovely staff

"A wonderful stay, the staff was so lovely and helpful. Everything was super clean and comfy. The grounds are well maintained and there's a bug supermarket across the road in which was super handy. Beautiful stretch of the harbour with a little beach for swimming, a bar and water taxi also nearby. Walk into old town takes about 20-30 mins but nice walk and great views . Only negative I have, which was neither their fault nor could be helped was a ridiculous level of mosquitos following a few weeks of unprecented rainy weather in the region."
