"Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku. Close to stations, restaurants, shopping. Everything is walking distance. Main lobby has all the toiletries you may need. Staff is English speaking which is nice when you get overwhelmed for the day. Very helpful in checking in and when sending luggage to next destination. Only cons if any, bed & pillows were quite stiff...so I know some ppl won't be adapt to that. And room ac and mini fridge weren't as cold as they could be. But definitely would stay here again.."

"Location, location, location!! Conveniently located by the departing floor of Terminal 3. There are enough stores to get foods, souvenirs, and daily necessities without walking out of the terminal. "

"It’s everything you want when visiting Japan for business or vacation. It’s modern, clean, safe, affordable, and small. Plenty to do in the heart of Yokohama a few steps out of the hotel, so who needs a large room? The large public bath was a huge bonus! The TV in your room will show you how crowded it is, but even when it’s reported to be super crowded, there’s still plenty of space for everyone to relax peacefully. You’ll find better and less expensive restaurants within walking distance. I give APA five stars for rejuvenating me every night, so I’m ready for another fun day in beautiful Yokohama!"

"Convenient location, amazing view from our 20th floor window and comfortable bed. Check in and out process all automated and easy and fresh towels daily. Stayed 4 nights and even though the room was small there was plenty of space to hang/store stuff"
