"Support from the host. Quite helpful. What i didn’t like was non availability of fan in the room considering the hot weather. Leaving windows open as per the host idea was not the best due to influx of flies into the room . We had to go out and purchase our own fan to enable us have a bit of peaceful sleep.. For me that wasn’t good enough "

"Very nice Bed and Breakfast. John and kim were very welcoming. Made sure you new where you could get dinner localy etc. John even cleared a space in his garage so that i could put my motorcycle in. Breakfast was fantastic, and the train station is literally just up the road. The NEC etc are close by. I have already booked for next year. "

"Best place to stay near BHX Airport. It is a peaceful and quiet farm with adequately sized and clean rooms. You can get to the airport in less than 8 minutes (and that’s with all the confusing construction going on around there!). Word to the wise: follow Google Maps — it is accurate and up to date with all the construction detours. "The property is smart looking internally, but i chose an upgraded room and my ground floor view was of the car park, laundry carts and a stair way that is being worked on. The rooms are a little noicy but i have experienced worse."
