"We travelled with public transport, and the Soda Apartments were a short, easy walk from the Cultural Centre bus stop. The receptionist was friendly, most helpful and informative. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything we required was there for our 2 day stay. Southbank and the galleries were an easy walk i n one direction and the vibrancy of West End was closer."

"Hotel location is great. Near to many amenities and cbd. Checkin was a breeze and the staff was helpful to allow us early check in. The only downside us the bath soap and shsmpoo. It comes in small tube and is not eco friendly. You usr about two body bath each day if you shower twice. I would suggest the hotel install dispenser or refillable bottles to cut diwn environmental waste. "

"It is in a good location and has pool, gym etc. But very poor cleanliness, no dishwasher and terribly dirty n incomplete dinnerware, cookware, prepware. Didnt even give me the tv remote until end of the 2nd week!! Grossly overpriced for what you get inside the apartment. When you speak to reception about any issues, they never apologise. "

"The check in was very difficult. There was no reception open. I had to go another hotel 70 Metres up the road the central appartments. Which I found stressful. Once into our appartment. It was fantastic. Great location "
