"I can only speak for the room we stayed in (room 2), and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Additional cost cost on arrival for parking (about 15 euro per day - which I think is a lot). The host was not very flexible with payments and we had to leave to go and get the money before getting access to the room. The room smelled horrendously of mould and damp. We felt sick being in there and even with the windows wide open the smell was horrible. The room was freezing (colder than outside)...

"Amazing location! Cute basic property, perfect for a short stay. It is in the heart of the old town, about a 2 min walk to the castle! There’s a great Czech restaurant just a few doors down. You step outside the door & walk anywhere! It’s basic style accommodation, a small space but comfortable & clean and the location is 10/10. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. "

"Wonderful family run accomodation, easy to contact and they were very kind and accomodating when we were having trouble getting from the train station to the property. Clean, tidy and beautiful view from the room. It’s 10mins walking to the main area but public transport is scarce and virtually inaccessible so keep this in mind. Parking is included with this property so make the most of that. The breakfast was simple and humble don’t expect a major buffet. Lovely place would definitely stay...

"Very friendly staff. Great breakfast inside thematic restaurant on the premises. Apartment home away from home. Parking a little difficult to find at first but very convenient once familiar with the surroundings. Definitely recommend!!! "The property is clean and close to the old town. Short walk to the wall of the castle. We stayed by the design room terrace which is located outside the main hall which was v nice since we have our own privacy. It’d be nice if that specific room has its own microwave instead of going outside to the main hall. Overall, it was an excellent choice for us (a family of 5) and the owner speaks good english."

"Our stay was short, but very pleasant. The room had everything we need. Lots of towels, kettle, welcome tea and coffee. The room was clean and the bed had comfortable mattress. We liked the breakfast and the attention of the staff. They were all nice and caring. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Česky Krumlov, and the area is marvellous with gorgeous fresh air and beautiful nature. What is also important, that there is a parking spot. We will definitely come back."

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong.
