"I had separately booked on Hotels. Com. I was first denied a room. I had stayed there as a part of a already booked room. Then they did not provide basic amenities required bt the customer. Over that there was one fellow at the reception desk who did not want to serve the customer at all. The guy denied whatever we asked. They don't know how the cancellation happens if they denied service. They routed to Hotels.Com for my refund. "
