"We rented the Family Cottage. It was excellent! Immaculate, comfortable, beautifully appointed. Loved the outdoor seating area as we were visiting friends who came to see us. Also the check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Imogene was gracious and made us feel very welcome! Great stay! We will be back for sure!!"

"The Press Hotel is a lovely, clean boutique conveniently located across from City Hall in Portland. Rooms are well-designed, if a bit small, with excellent beds and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. Well placed near enough to both the Washington Avenue and Munjoy Hill areas, as well as to the Old Port area. Portland has become a bit more worrisome for tourists with the number of unhoused, etc. but the areas around the Press never felt sketchy. Overall, strong recommendation. A few nits that...
