"This is a great place to stay. It's a pleasant walk to nightlife. A beautiful room, nice woodwork, touch of elegance. The room is made up every day. "Room was lovely and clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok in the hotel opposite and plenty of choice. Pool was freezing and 4 sunbeds, they was strong smells of cannibis in the corridors which just didn’t leave the time we was there which was really off putting. Was close to 7/11. "

"I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options. "

"Myself and a friend stayed here for 7 days. This was our first ever trip to thailand and to pattaya. Guesthouse on walking st was a really good first experience. The price per room is extremely cheap and for how little the price is the rooms are pretty clean and well maintain and decent space. The staff are friendly and it is staffed 24/7 so thats extremely helpful if you're checking in super late. We are currently staying at guesthouse in bangkok on sukumvit 20 now and omg..... its like night...

"The entire staff was excellent. They made my stay more enjoyable. The facilities are great food excellent. One problem is the exercise room. It needs upgrading to more modern equipment it needs to be located closer to the hotel rooms. Hopefully this is an upgraded plan for these facilities otherwise the entire resort is excellent rooms are great"
