"Forgot my shampoo and conditioner. Product in the room was really not great. Towels were not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber and the shower wasn’t draining properly. The rest of the room was great. Clean, quiet and very nice. "

"The First Lady that checked me in was awesome The next day the guy was not accommodating at all. I had a 2 night reservation but the cleaning people knocked and told me check out was at 11:00. I told the guy at the desk I didn’t want anyone in the room and when I came back my room was cleaned. I specifically didn’t want anyone in my room- he assured me they wouldn’t go in there, but they did which wasn’t ok with me. The communication was poor and the free breakfast was subpar."
