"The hotel is a 20minute walk from the metro station, a short walk to the centre and the tram to the beach is a short walk around the corner from the hotel. Check in went smoothly, greeting and shown to our room by a friendly polite guy, room and bathroom clean and tidy, the shower was the best! we stayed in room 8, 2 free bottles of water. "Could be better didn’t look as good as the pictures showed. Kitchen didn’t open early and the kettle was broken. Shower could have been cleaner but overall average. Wouldn’t really recommend"

"The service was excellent! The manager Sandra accommodated storing our large luggage in her office because it would not fit in the storage lockers. "Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"

"The person was not there when I arived. He came 30 minutes after and I had to book a hotel, he still took my money! Its a scam! "
